Return & Refund Policy

Welcome to SoldVibe. Please read this policy carefully before purchasing tickets through our platform.

1. All Ticket Sales Are Final

All tickets purchased through SoldVibe are non-refundable and non-transferable, unless otherwise explicitly stated for a specific event.

Once a ticket purchase is completed:

  • ❌ No refunds will be issued

  • ❌ No exchanges will be permitted

  • ❌ No cancellations will be accepted

This includes situations such as:

  • Change of plans

  • Accidental purchase

  • Personal scheduling conflicts

  • Failure to attend the event

By completing your purchase, you agree to this no-refund policy.

2. Event Cancellation or Rescheduling

If an Event Is Cancelled

If an event is officially cancelled by the event organizer, refund eligibility (if any) will depend on the organizer’s policy.

SoldVibe acts as a ticketing platform and is not the event organizer. Refund decisions for cancelled events are made solely by the event host.

If refunds are approved by the organizer:

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method

  • Processing time may take 7–14 business days

If an Event Is Rescheduled

If an event is rescheduled:

  • Your ticket will remain valid for the new date

  • No refunds will be issued due to rescheduling

3. Event Changes

Event details such as:

  • Venue

  • Lineup

  • Timing

  • Supporting acts

May change without notice. These changes do not qualify for a refund.

4. Third-Party Event Organizers

SoldVibe provides ticketing services for independent event organizers. We do not control:

  • Event quality

  • Performer availability

  • Venue conditions

  • Organizer decisions

Any disputes related to event execution must be addressed with the event organizer.

5. Technical Errors or Duplicate Charges

If you experience:

  • Duplicate charges

  • Payment processing errors

  • Not receiving your ticket confirmation

You must contact us within 48 hours of purchase at:

Valid billing errors will be investigated and corrected if verified.

6. Chargebacks

Initiating a chargeback without contacting SoldVibe first may result in:

  • Ticket cancellation

  • Account suspension

  • Restriction from future purchases

We encourage customers to contact support before disputing any transaction.
